Spa Policies

-No shows or cancellations less than an hour before your scheduled time will result in a $30 fee added to your next appointment.

-If you are unable to make your scheduled time please let us know by text so we can help you find a better time.

-Gift certificates are non-refundable and are valid for one year only. They can be purchased by calling or texting 340-201-9380

-The patio isn’t rainproof so in the case of bad weather your appointment will be inside or rescheduled.

-The front door may be locked when you arrive. We lock the door for security when in session. Please feel free to sit in the back by the patio or stay by the front door and your therapist will let you inside when they finish their session.

-The online booking will not show same day availability but we may still have space so please text 340-201-9380 to inquire about same day appointments.

-Couples, the patio, and groups are best scheduled by us so please call or text 340-201-9380 for assistance.

-We do have a shower for your convenience but do not offer steam room or sauna at this time.

-We are a small, boutique spa space so please be mindful to keep phones off or muted and conversations in the waiting area quiet.

-30 minute massages are not offered on the patio or with the hot stones.
